At Organifer, we ensure reliable delivery of our products within the European Union.

1. Delivery Area

We primarily ship to countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) are shipped the same working day, provided payment has been received and the products are in stock.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: 1–2 working days

France, Denmark, Austria: 2–3 working days

Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland: 3–4 working days

Southern and Eastern Europe: 4–6 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pallet shipments may require additional delivery time compared to standard parcel deliveries.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per country and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Risk of Loss

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you or a third party designated by you.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
