Changing or canceling an order

You may find yourself in a situation where you’ve just placed your order, but you want to add or remove an item. Fortunately, there’s no need to worry. Simply contact us directly and, as long as your order has not yet been processed by our logistics team, we can modify or cancel it for you right away.


If your order has already been processed but you would like to add an extra item, you can simply place a new order. We do not charge shipping fees and will send the additional item as soon as possible. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team to start the return process.
