Content Modification: Adding Items If your order has not been shipped yet, you have two options:
- Place an additional order: Choose this option if your order has already been dispatched.
- Cancel the current order and place a new one.
Content Modification: Removing Items
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the relevant item(s). You will receive a refund for the product cost and associated shipping charges, provided that shipping was not free. However, if your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Address Information Modification
This change may involve your delivery address or the recipient:
- Changing the recipient: Regardless of whether your order is still being prepared or has already been shipped, this change is straightforward, as we will only need to relay the new information to the transport service.
- Changing the delivery address: We will forward your request to the transport service, which will inform us of their decision. If your order has not been shipped yet, the transport service is likely to accept the change if it incurs no additional transport costs. In case of refusal, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the updated address. If your order has already been shipped, the transport service is likely to accept the change if it incurs no additional transport costs. However, if the transport service does not accept the change or cannot deliver the package to you, you will receive a notification via email, SMS, and/or your tracking number, detailing the further steps taken by the transport service.
