Order Status
Once you place your order, we immediately begin working for you! We’re happy to keep you informed about every step of the process. You can easily track the status in your Organifer account. The statuses are listed below with an explanation.
Order Status | Meaning and Action |
---|---|
Pending Payment | The order is not yet completed. |
Cancelled | The order has been cancelled. |
Paid | The order has been confirmed. You will also receive an order confirmation with an invoice by email. |
Processing | The order is being processed. |
On Hold | The order is on hold. |
Picking | The order is currently being picked. |
Picked | The order has been picked. |
Completed | The order has been shipped. |
Refunded | The order has been returned and credited. |
Backordered | Your order is on backorder and will be shipped shortly. |
Error | An issue occurred while processing your order. Our customer service team will contact you promptly. |
