Order Status

Once you place your order, we immediately begin working for you! We’re happy to keep you informed about every step of the process. You can easily track the status in your Organifer account. The statuses are listed below with an explanation.



Order StatusMeaning and Action
Pending Payment

The order is not yet completed.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled.

Paid

The order has been confirmed. You will also receive an order confirmation with an invoice by email.
 
Processing

The order is being processed.
On Hold

The order is on hold.
 
Picking

The order is currently being picked.
Picked

The order has been picked.
Completed

The order has been shipped.
Refunded

The order has been returned and credited.
Backordered

Your order is on backorder and will be shipped shortly.
Error

An issue occurred while processing your order. Our customer service team will contact you promptly.
