Has your payment failed? First, check whether the money has been debited from your account or not. If it hasn’t, you can place your order again immediately.
Has the money been debited from your bank account, but you haven’t received an order confirmation email after an hour? If this is the case, contact customer service and look for your transaction number. This number is always provided when the money is debited. Our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Can’t complete the order because the transaction was declined? That’s, of course, very annoying. Perhaps it’s due to the web browser you’re using to place the order, or there is a disruption with the bank or credit company. Sometimes there’s an unnoticed error that blocks the submission of your order. In this case, we recommend placing the order through a different web browser. Some examples of web browsers are Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please let us know so we can investigate where the issue lies.
