You are expecting a delivery from us but haven’t received it within the expected timeframe? That is, of course, very frustrating. With the following steps, you can track your order.
Check the Track & Trace code of your parcel
ou can find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation. Use this code to check if the delivery time might have been rescheduled. Haven’t received a Track & Trace code? If so, this email could have ended up in your spam folder (for unsolicited emails).
Check the delivery address
Of course, you should provide the correct delivery address. You can verify if the delivery address is accurate by using the Track & Trace code. Unfortunately, the delivery address can no longer be changed once we have handed over your order to the carrier.
Check your mailbox
If the Track & Trace code indicates that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven’t received anything yet, we recommend checking if you have a notification card from the carrier in your mailbox. It is possible that your parcel was delivered to a neighbour, or the courier has scheduled a new delivery time. The delivery may also have been left in a safe location.
Has the shipment arrived damaged or faulty?
All shipments are processed and packaged with the utmost care. If your shipment has still not arrived in proper condition, please notify us as soon as possible. If the transport packaging is visibly damaged, have it noted on the delivery note, even if you suspect the product is not damaged.
Tip: Use your smartphone to take a photo of the shipment/packaging if it is delivered damaged by the carrier.
Has your product been delivered damaged or faulty? We understand that this is very frustrating and are happy to resolve the issue for you. To report the damage, please send an email with a photo of the damage or incorrect product to our customer service. We will respond within 1 working day with a suitable solution.
