Returns & right of withdrawal

 

1. Order Changes (Before Shipment)

If you wish to modify your order, please review the following information carefully.

Adding Items
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may:
- Place an additional order
- Cancel your current order and place a new one

If your order has already been dispatched, adding items is no longer possible.

Removing Items
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel specific item(s).

You will receive:
- A refund of the product value
- A refund of shipping costs, provided shipping was not free

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Changing Address or Recipient

Changing the recipient name is generally straightforward and can be forwarded to the transport service.

Changing the delivery address:
- If not yet shipped: usually possible
- If already shipped: we will forward your request to the carrier, who will decide whether the change is possible
- Address changes are generally accepted only if no additional transport costs arise. If the carrier refuses the change, you may need to place a new order.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activity.

4. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last goods.

5. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by email.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

6. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods; or
- You have provided proof of return shipment

whichever occurs first.

7. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods:
- By first contacting us via email at support@organifer.com to obtain a return form and the designated return address
- Without undue delay
- No later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Important – Return Address
The return address differs per product and may vary depending on the warehouse or fulfillment location. Goods must only be returned to the return address provided by us after email confirmation.The registered office address listed in the model withdrawal form is not a return address for goods.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

8. Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Parcel-shippable goods: at your own expense
- Non-parcel goods (e.g. pallets): costs may be higher

Return costs are estimated at up to approximately €75.00, depending on size and destination.

9. Outbound Shipping Costs (Free Shipping Adjustment)

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you withdraw only part of the order, causing the remaining items to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

10. Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish:
- The nature of the goods
- The characteristics of the goods
- The functioning of the goods

11. Exclusion and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in contracts for:
- Goods that are custom-made or clearly tailored to personal needs
- Goods that spoil quickly or have a short expiration date
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
