Composition

This organo-mineral fertiliser features a balanced NPK formulation of 9-2-7 with 3% magnesium, specifically tailored to the needs of sedum and other green roof plants.

Nitrogen (N) – 9%
Phosphorus (P) – 2%
Potassium (K) – 7%
Magnesium (Mg) – 3%

The combination of organic and mineral components ensures gradual, long-lasting nutrient release with minimal leaching. This stable performance makes the fertiliser particularly suitable for green roofs with limited substrate depth and high water permeability.

Instructions for use

Distribute the recommended amount evenly over the roof surface. When planting new areas, lightly rake the granules into the top layer. Apply preferably just before rainfall or when irrigation is possible. Suitable for all types of green roofs and systems, in any season except when the ground is frozen.

Dosage

For optimal performance and lasting results, apply the correct amount based on your green roof’s needs.

• Maintenance fertilisation: 0.5 kg per 10 m²
  Apply twice a year (spring and autumn) to keep the roof healthy, dense and resilient.

• Growth or recovery fertilisation: 1 kg per 10 m²
  Apply to bare patches, after prolonged drought or when growth is weak, to stimulate rapid regrowth and restore full coverage.

*For newly established or intensively planted roofs (e.g. with ornamental grasses or shrubs), use the higher dosage for a strong start.
