Track your order
Are you expecting a delivery from Organifer but have not received it within the expected timeframe? We understand that this can be frustrating. Below you will find the steps to quickly track your order and resolve the situation.
1. Check Your Track & Trace Code
You can find your Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation email. With this code, you can view the current delivery status and see whether the delivery time has been adjusted.
Haven’t received a Track & Trace email?
Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails sometimes end up there.
2. Verify the Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. You can verify the address details using your Track & Trace information.
Please note: once we have handed over your order to the carrier, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
3. Check Your Mailbox or Neighbours
If the Track & Trace status indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check your mailbox for a notification card from the carrier
- Ask your neighbours if the parcel was delivered to them
- Review the Track & Trace details to see if a new delivery attempt has been scheduled
- Check around your property for a designated safe place where the parcel may have been left
4. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery?
At Organifer, all products are carefully packed and shipped with great attention. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transport.
If the outer packaging is damaged:
Please mention this on the delivery note when accepting the shipment, even if you suspect the product inside is still intact.
Tip: We advise you to take clear photos of the damaged packaging immediately upon delivery.
If your product is damaged or incorrect:
We understand this is inconvenient and we are happy to resolve it quickly.

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect product
We will respond within 1 working day with an appropriate solution.
