At Organifer, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of our products throughout Europe. Below you will find detailed information about delivery areas, shipping costs and delivery times.

1. Delivery Area

We primarily deliver within the European Union. For specific delivery destinations outside our standard shipping area, please refer to the overview at the bottom of this page.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per country and are automatically included in the final price displayed at checkout. 

Please note:
- No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same working day, provided that payment has been received.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on local carriers and peak periods. Pallet deliveries will take longer compared to standard packages. 

4. Outbound Shipping Costs (Right of Withdrawal)

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard shipping costs paid for sending the goods from Organifer to you.

However:
If your order qualified for free shipping and you withdraw only part of the order, resulting in the remaining items no longer meeting the free shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You are responsible for the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods.
- You are also responsible for the costs of returning non-parcel-shippable goods.

Return costs for larger items are estimated at a maximum of approximately €65.00, depending on the shipment size and destination.

6. Order Status

Once you place your order, our team immediately begins processing it. You can track your order status at any time via your Organifer account.

Below is an overview of the different order statuses and their meaning:
Pending Payment: Your order has been received, but payment has not yet been completed.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
Paid: Your order has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email.
Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
On Hold: Your order is temporarily paused. Our team may contact you if further information is required.
Picking: Your order is currently being collected in our warehouse.
Picked: Your order has been fully picked and prepared for shipment.
Completed: Your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
Refunded: Your order has been returned, and the amount has been credited.
Backordered: One or more products are temporarily out of stock. Your order will be shipped as soon as the items are available.
Error: An issue occurred during order processing. Our customer service team will contact you promptly to resolve the matter.
