Sowing period: Sow from March to June or from August to October when soil temperatures are above 10°C.

1. Mow the lawn short (2–3 cm) and remove moss, weeds and grass residues. Dispose of all debris.
   
2. Start sowing around the outer edges first to create a neat, even border.
   
3. Then overseed the rest of the lawn in a crisscross pattern — once lengthwise and once widthwise — for uniform coverage.
   
4. Lightly rake the seed into the top 0.5–1 cm of soil. If desired, apply a thin layer of topsoil.
   
5. Press or roll the surface to ensure proper seed-to-soil contact.
   
6. If no rain falls within 24 hours, water gently with a fine spray. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination.
   
7. Mow for the first time when the grass reaches approximately 10 cm. Gradually reduce the mowing height to 3–4 cm.
   
8. Fertilise one week after sowing with Lawn Fertiliser All-In-One, then fertilise three times per year (spring, summer and autumn).
