Sprinkle:
▶ Sprinkle the powder evenly over the surface to be treated and repeat if necessary or when the powder has become damp.

Spraying:
▶ For hard-to-reach areas, you can use a sprayer. Spray the powder onto the surface to be treated.

Dissolve in water:
▶ Dissolve 20 grams of powder in one liter of water. Spray this on the surface to be treated. Shake regularly to prevent lumps from forming.

Soil improvement:
▶ Work 1 kg into the soil for 10 m²

Caution: Diatomaceous earth absorbs moisture well and can irritate the eyes and throat. Therefore, it is important to avoid contact with the mouth or eyes. Always wear a dust mask and goggles to prevent irritation and avoid dust formation.

For dry surface application (indoor & outdoor use):

Apply a thin, even layer of approximately 10–20 grams per m². Ensure the surface remains dry for optimal performance. Reapply after heavy moisture exposure or when the layer is disturbed.

For soil improvement and structure enhancement:

Mix 100–200 grams per m² into the top 5–10 cm of soil. For planting holes or pots, blend 5–10% by volume into the growing medium to improve aeration and soil texture.

For compost enrichment:

Incorporate 1–2 kg per m³ of compost material to support structure and moisture balance.

Application tips:

Apply in dry conditions. Avoid creating dust clouds during handling. Due to its fine particle distribution and high silica content (88% SiO₂), a light and even distribution is sufficient for effective coverage.
